Freedom Chair

Too many difficult levers render most ergonomic chairs useless; many users are never able to properly adjust the chairs to maximize support and comfort. This chair is designed to give maximum ergonomic benefit with a minimum number of manually adjusted controls. In fact, it has only three settings, yet provides customized upper and lower back support, height range, neck support, and arm position. More than just a piece of office furniture, the chair is a sophisticated ergonomic device designed by master artisan Niels Diffrient (The Smithsonian’s 2002 National Design Award winner) to emphasize proper sitting for a variety of body sizes, shapes, and postures.
