Toshiba announces new fast-charge batteries

How would you like to charge up your digital camera batteries in less time than it takes to download the pictures to your PC? It'll happen soon. Toshiba has just announced a new lithium ion battery that can be charged to 80% capacity in one minute. Thats 60 times faster than typical batteries in use today, for those that are counting. No word on how long it takes to fully charge, but it'll be launched next year. Hopefully that's a "real" next year and not a "flying cars coming soon" next year.
